Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the coolant heater. See Figure.
  2. Install the coolant heater bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb. in)

  3. Connect the coolant heater cord (1). See Figure.
