Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Pontiac Sunfire and 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the engine mount assembly.
  2. Install the nuts holding the mount to the body. Do not tighten.
  3. Install the bolts holding the engine mount to the bracket.
    • Tighten the bolts to 60 N.m (44 ft lbs) + 90 degrees.
    • Tighten the nuts holding the mount to the body to 75 N.m (55 ft lbs).
  4. Remove the J 28467-360. 
  5. Install the coolant recovery tank.
  6. Install the A/C line (1) mounting nut.
  7. Install the cruise control module mounting nuts.
