Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Pontiac Sunfire and 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the tensioner and bolt. Tighten bolt to 50 N.m (37 ft lbs).
  2. Lower engine to original position.
  3. Install engine mount.
  4. Install engine mount strut.
  5. Install the drive belt.
