Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle.
  2. Support the three-way catalytic converter.
  3. Remove the intermediate pipe bolts.

  4. Remove the exhaust manifold bolts.
  5. Remove the three-way catalytic converter bracket bolt.
  6. Remove the three-way catalytic converter and seals.
  7. Clean the flange surfaces.
