Park Brake Cable Equalizer: Removal

  1. Release the tension from the park brake cable system. See DISABLING PARK BRAKE CABLE AUTOMATIC ADJUSTER  under ADJUSTMENTS & INSPECTIONS.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Release the left rear cable end from the cable equalizer.
  3. Release the front cable conduit end fitting from the cable equalizer.
