- Ignition is on.
- Battery voltage is 9-18 volts.
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 158°F (70°C).
- Fuel level is 15-85 percent of capacity.
- Vehicle speed is less than 3 MPH.
- Stored DTCs have been cleared.
