DTC P1639: 5-Volt Reference 2 Circuit: Description

Powertrain Control Module (PCM) uses a common 5-volt reference circuit as a sensor feed to A/C pressure sensor and Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor. PCM monitors voltage on 5-volt reference circuit.
