Excessive resistance in any AIR system circuit can cause this DTC to set. If AIR solenoid or AIR relay do not click when commanded on and off using scan tool, and no additional DTCs are set, check for excessive resistance in related circuits.

If air is present at both outlet hoses when AIR system is enabled using scan tool, inspect AIR check valves and pipes for restrictions.
