Code Enable Criteria

For DTC to run, the following conditions must be met:

DTCs P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0125, P1114, P1115, P1121, and P1122 are not set. The engine speed is between 1650-3000 RPM.
MAP is less than 49 kPa.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is more than 140°F (60°C).
Throttle angle is more than zero percent.
Engine run time is more than 10 seconds.
Ignition voltage is more than 10 volts.

DTC will set when PCM determines that this frequency is less than expected amount for more than 9 seconds.
