Water entering air intake and reaching MAF sensor can cause DTC P0103 to set. Water rapidly cools MAF sensor element causing PCM to receive an excessive airflow signal. Poor connection at MAF sensor connector terminal "C" (Pink wire) will cause DTC P0103 to set.
