Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the exhaust crossover pipe. Refer to Exhaust Crossover Pipe Replacement .
  2. Remove the connector position assurance (CPA) locks.
  3. Disconnect the oxygen sensor electrical connectors.

  4. Remove the oxygen sensors.
  5. Remove the exhaust manifold nuts (1).
  6. Remove the right catalytic converter and gasket (2).
