Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
  2. Support the catalytic converter.
  3. Remove the catalytic converter hanger bolts.
  4. Remove the catalytic converter hanger from the front hanger bracket.

  5. Remove the rear axle torque arm nuts.
  6. Remove the rear axle torque arm bracket bolts.
  7. Remove the catalytic converter front hanger bracket.
