Timing Chain and Sprockets Cleaning and Inspection

  1. Inspect the timing chain and sprockets for damage.
  2. Inspect the timing chain for overall in and out movement. Movement should not exceed 25 mm (1 in).
  3. Inspect the sprockets for wear.
