Installation Procedure

  1. Route the drive belt (1) around the pulleys.
  2. Position a hex-head socket on the belt tensioner pulley bolt.
  3. Rotate the drive belt tensioner (2) clockwise to relieve the tension.
  4. Install the drive belt (1) onto the drive belt tensioner (2).
  5. Inspect the drive belt (1) to ensure that the belt is properly aligned into the grooves of the pulleys.
