Removal & Installation (Bank 2)

Remove the bank 2 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) shut-off valve. See SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SHUT-OFF VALVE . Move the upper radiator hose to gain access to the two nuts securing the outlet pipe to the exhaust manifold. Remove the two nuts and the bank 2 AIR outlet pipe. To install, reverse removal procedure using a new gasket. Tighten the two nuts securing the bank 2 AIR outlet pipe to the exhaust manifold to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
