If only history DTC 31 is set, problem may be intermittent. Try to recreate fault by wiggling wiring and connectors while performing test. Check for faulty connections at all connectors that may be causing intermittent condition. DTC 31 will clear when fault is corrected and memory is cleared. Possible cause maybe an intermittent short to ground or open in Dark Blue/White wire, intermittent open or short to ground in battery positive voltage circuit to BCM, or intermittent short to ground in a courtesy light.
