Conditions For Running DTC

Other Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) DTCs are not set.
PCM processor DTCs are not present.
The ignition is in the crank or run position.
The ignition voltage is more than 8.5 volts with key ON engine OFF.
The ETC system is not in the battery saver mode.
