Throttle Position Sensor: Installation

Install the TP sensor "O" ring seal on the TP sensor. Install the TP sensor on the throttle body with the throttle valve in the closed position. Ensure that the TP sensor lever lines up with the TP sensor drive lever on the throttle shaft. Install the TP sensor attaching screws and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect the TP sensor electrical connector.
