Removal & Installation (5.7L)

Disconnect the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) solenoid valve harness connector. See Figure . Remove the vacuum hose from the AIR solenoid valve vacuum port. Depress the locking tab for the AIR solenoid valve bracket. Remove the AIR solenoid valve. To install, reverse removal procedure.
