If a low circuit fault occurs in "F" terminal circuit while engine is running, Charge telltale will illuminate, however, generator will still charge. This only applies if "L" terminal circuit is functioning properly.
An open/short to ground or short to voltage on Gray wire will set this DTC.
GENERATOR F TERMINAL DC on scan tool should read near 17 percent with ignition on, engine off.
