DTC Parameters

DTC sets when fan control No. 1 feedback voltage is less than 4 volts with fan control No. 1 commanded off for more than 6 seconds; or when fan control No. 1 feedback voltage is more than 3.5 volts with fan control No. 1 commanded on for more than 6 seconds.
