Vapor Vent Pipe: Removal

  1. Remove the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) tube from the right side rocker arm cover and throttle body, if necessary. Remove the PCV valve pipe from the left side rocker arm cover.
  2. Remove the PCV valve pipe strap nut. See Fig 1. Remove the PCV valve pipe from the right side rocker arm cover and intake manifold. If replacing the PCV valve pipe, remove the PCV valve from the pipe.
