Rocker Arms & Push Rods: Removal

  1. Remove the valve rocker arm covers. See VALVE COVERS . Remove the valve rocker arm bolts. See Figure. Remove the valve rocker arms.
  2. Remove the valve rocker arm pivot support. Remove the pushrods. Clean and inspect the valve rocker arms and pushrods.
