Removal (Outlet)

  1. Drain the cooling system. See DRAINING & FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
  2. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor and Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor harness connectors. See Figure.
  3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the water outlet. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the water outlet.
  4. Raise and support the vehicle. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the radiator. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.
