Installation (Outlet)

  1. Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator. Lower the vehicle.
  2. Install the radiator outlet hose to the water outlet. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the water outlet.
  3. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Connect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor and Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor harness connectors. See Figure.
  4. Fill and bleed the cooling system. See DRAINING & FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
