Cylinder Bore Ridge Reaming

- Use the Cylinder Bore Ridge Reamer (J-24270), in order to remove the cylinder bore ring ridge, if required. See Fig 1.
- Turn the crankshaft until the piston is at the bottom of the stroke.
- Place a cloth on top of the piston.
- Use the reamer in order to remove cylinder ring ridge.
- Turn the crankshaft so the piston is at the top of the stroke.
- Remove the cloth.
- Remove the cutting debris from the cylinder and piston.
