Temperature Cable: Installation

  1. Install the temperature control cable to the HVAC control assembly. Install the HVAC control assembly to the I/P. Install the HVAC control assembly screws and tighten to specification.
  2. Connect the temperature control cable to the HVAC module assembly. Use the following steps in order to install the temperature control cable to the control: Install the temperature control cable to the lever arm.
  3. Align the shaft with the temperature control cable shaft. Press the temperature control cable clips into the slot in the control. Ensure that the temperature control cable clips are in place. Install the temperature control cable screw. Tighten the screw to specification. Install the accessory trim plate.
