HVAC Control Assembly: Installation

  1. Install the temperature control cable connector to the HVAC control assembly. Connect the following electrical connectors to the HVAC control assembly:
    • Rear Defogger
    • HVAC Blower Switch
    • HVAC Control Illumination
    • HVAC Mode Switch
  2. Connect the vacuum harness connector to the HVAC control assembly. Install the HVAC control assembly. Install the HVAC control assembly screws. Tighten the screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the accessory trim plate.
