Removal & Installation: Accumulator: Removal

- Recover the refrigerant. See RECOVERY, EVACUATION & RECHARGING in GENERAL SERVICING PROCEDURES article in GENERAL SERVICING. Remove the A/C compressor hose assembly bolt from the accumulator. See Figure.
- Remove the accumulator bolt from the module. Remove the accumulator hose bracket nut from the strut tower. Remove the accumulator bracket bolt. Remove the accumulator from the bracket. Discard the O-rings.
