Circuit Description

DTC sets when Seat Control Module (SCM) detects OUT switch as active (grounded) for more than 20 seconds. While DTC is current, operation of steering column OUT switch is disabled. DTC clears after OUT switch input to SCM is inactive for more than 20 seconds.
