Circuit Description

DTC sets when Seat Control Module (SCM) detects IN switch as active (grounded) for more than 20 seconds. While DTC is current, operation of steering column IN switch is disabled. DTC clears after IN switch input to SCM is inactive for more than 20 seconds.
