Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  2. Reposition the hose clamps at the throttle body and the radiator.
  3. Remove the throttle body heater outlet hose from the following:
    • Throttle body
    • Radiator
