Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery.
  2. Reposition the coolant recovery reservoir hose clamp from the radiator.
  3. Remove the coolant recovery hose from the radiator.

  4. Remove the accelerator and cruise control servo cable bolts, if equipped with the 5.7L engine.
  5. Reposition the servo cable adjuster, if equipped with the 5.7L engine.

  6. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir mounting bolt.

  7. Remove the wiring harness rosebud clip from the reservoir neck.
  8. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir.

  9. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir hose from the coolant recovery reservoir.
