Test P: Chime Inoperative

NOTE: One or more chime functions are inoperative.
  1. If audible warning diagnostic system check has been performed, go to next step. If audible warning diagnostic system check has not been performed, perform audible warning diagnostic system check. See AUDIBLE WARNING DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
  2. Replace Body Control Module (BCM). After installation is completed, perform set up procedure on BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULE  under PROGRAMMING. After repair, go to next step.
  3. Connect all disconnected components. Check system for proper operation. If system operates properly, test is complete. If system does not operate properly, go to step  1 .
