43. Timing Chain and Sprockets Clean and Inspect

^ Inspect the timing chain sprockets for teeth that are worn (1), broken (2), or chipped (3).
^ Inspect the timing chain for binding or stretching.
^ Inspect the timing chain dampener for excessive wear or cracks.
^ Replace the timing chain and sprockets as needed.
