Brake Warning IndicatorsBRAKE Indicator
The instrument cluster (IPC) illuminates the BRAKE indicator when the following occurs:
^ The IPC detects that the park brake is applied.
^ The IPC detects a low brake fluid condition. The IPC also sends a message to the body control module (BCM) to activate an audible warning.
^ The IPC performs the bulb check.
