Storage Compartment - Rear - Latch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the liftgate.




2. Open the storage compartment lid.




3. Remove the screws along the top of the lid.




4. Remove the latch by separating the latch from the top of the lid.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the latch to the lid.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the screws to the top of the lid.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





3. Close the storage compartment lid.
4. Inspect the rear storage compartment for proper operation.
5. Close the liftgate.
