Assist Handle Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the body pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement) .




2. Remove the assist handle retaining bolts.
3. Remove the assist handle from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the assist handle to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

2. Install the assist handle retaining bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the body pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement) .
