Solenoids and Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the case side cover. Refer to Case Side Cover Replacement.
2. Use a small flat-bladed tool in order to remove the wiring harness from the solenoid valve(s) (315A, 315B, 322, 334, and/or 440), TFP manual valve position switch (95) and/or the temperature sensor (391).





3. Remove the wiring harness (224).
4. Remove the clips retaining the solenoid(s).





5. Remove the solenoid(s).





6. Remove the 2-3 shift solenoid (315B).





7. Inspect the wiring harness (224).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the 2-3 shift solenoid (315B).





2. Install the solenoid(s).
3. Install the retaining clips.





4. Install the wiring harness (224).





5. Install the wiring harness to the solenoid valve(s) (315A, 315B, 322, 334, and/or 440), TFP manual valve position switch (395) and/or the temperature sensor (391).
6. Install the case side cover. Refer to Case Side Cover Replacement.
