Rear Compartment Lid Lamps (SEO, RPO T53)

The rear compartment lid lamp system (Special Equipment Option) consists of the following components:
^ Two 4-inch, red-lensed lamps
^ A warning lamp flasher
^ A mercury switch

All of these components are mounted to the rear compartment lid inner panel. Raising the rear compartment lid causes the mercury switch to activate the lamp flasher, which causes the lamps to flash alternately.
