90. Water Pump Installation

- Tools Required
- J 36660-A Torque Angle Meter





1. Install the water pump gasket.
2. Install the water pump.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the water pump bolts.
Tighten the water pump bolts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
Use J 36660-A to tighten the bolt an additional 80 degrees.





4. Install the water pump pulley.
5. Install the water pump pulley bolts.
Tighten the water pump pulley bolts to 13 Nm (116 inch lbs.).
