Door Wiring Harness Replacement (Impala Front)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement. Service and Repair
2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement. Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement
3. Remove the front door rubber conduit from the windshield pillar. Refer to Front Side Door Wiring Conduit Replacement (Impala) (Front Side Door Wiring Conduit Replacement).
4. Pull out the Harness connector from inside the pillar and disconnect the connector from the body harness.
5. Disconnect the front door wiring harness connectors from all the accessories.
6. Disconnect the front door wiring harness rosebud retainers from the inner front door panel.
7. Remove the front door wiring harness from the front door.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the front door wiring harness to the front door.
2. Connect the front door wiring harness rosebud retainers to the inner front door panel.
3. Connect the front door wiring harness connectors to all the accessories.
4. Install the front door rubber conduit to the front door.
5. Connect the connector to the body harness.
6. Install the front door water deflector.
7. Install the front door trim panel.
