DTC B0162: Temperature Sensor Circuit Open: Description

Driver Information Center (DIC) monitors voltage through thermistor. Lower ambient temperature will increase resistance in thermistor causing DIC to display lower temperature readings. If DIC detects temperature reading of less than -40°F (-40°C) for greater than 2 seconds, DTC B0162 will be set.
