Front Brake Rotor: Installation

  1. Clean the metal contact surfaces between the brake rotor and the hub bearing flange. Install brake rotor, aligning marks made during removal.
  2. Install brake caliper. See FRONT BRAKE CALIPER . See Figure. Install wheel/tire assembly, aligning marks made during removal. Tighten wheel lug nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Lower vehicle. Road-test vehicle.
