Parking Brake

    NOTE: Parking brake is self-adjusting. Damage may result from attempting to adjust or modify parking brake system in a manner other than specified. System is designed so parking brake pedal goes all the way to floor if depressed with enough force.
  1. Fully apply and release parking hand brake 4-6 times to self-adjust parking brake. Apply parking brake. If parking brake performance is questionable, adjust rear brake shoes. See REAR BRAKE SHOES .
