Raise and support vehicle. Loosen parking brake cable equalizer adjusting nut. Tighten adjusting nut until Brake Pedal Effort Gage (J-28662) reads 100 lbs. (45.4 kg) when brake pedal is applied 10 notches. Release parking brake and ensure wheels rotate freely. Lower vehicle.
