Air Bag Indicator Illuminates Continuously With No Loss Of Serial Data

Using scan tool, monitor normal mode communication between Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system and instrument cluster. If SIR T/T display is OFF, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Recheck system operation. If SIR T/T display is ON, locate and repair problem in air bag system.
