Oil Pressure Gauge Always Reads Low

Disconnect oil pressure sensor connector. Turn ignition switch to RUN position (engine off). If gauge indicates high oil pressure, replace oil pressure sensor. If gauge indicates low oil pressure, check for short to ground in Tan wire between oil pressure sensor and instrument cluster. Repair as necessary.
