Gauge Indicates High At All Times

Disconnect oil pressure sending unit connector, located at left rear of engine. Connect fused jumper wire between ground and terminal "A" (Tan/White wire) of sending unit connector. Turn ignition on. If gauge indicates low, replace sending unit. If gauge indicates high, check Tan/White wire between sending unit and instrument cluster terminal B8. See Figure . If wire is okay, replace oil pressure gauge.
