Fasten Belts Indicator Control

The BCM turns on the fasten belts indicator for 70 (+/- 7) seconds by sending B+ through circuit 529 when these conditions are met:
^ The ignition switch is in the RUN position.
^ The driver's seat belt is unfastened (ground signal in circuit 238).
If the driver's seat belt is fastened during the 70 second period, the BCM turns off the fasten belts indicator. The BCM turns on the fasten belts indicator for 70 (+/- 7) seconds (repeating this sequence) if the driver's seat belt is unfastened during the same ignition cycle.
